Owners Corporation

St Killian is Strata Scheme 32735.  It comprises 14 residential lots and 17 lots in total.

The St Killian Owners Corporation comprises all those who own a lot in the strata scheme.  The Owners Corporation is responsible for:

​

• managing the control, use and repair of the common property

• the administration associated with the strata scheme

• managing the finances of St Killian

• keeping the accounts and records, and

• insuring the strata scheme.

​

The Owners Corporation elects members to the Strata Committee to manage the day to day operations of the building.

Members of the Owners Corporation can log into the owners portal on the StrataChoice website to view details relating to their lot.
