Waste Management

Waste bins are located in the car park near the roller door.

​

There are three types of bins.

​

• General waste should be placed in the bins with the red lids.  This waste is collected daily.

• Recycling should be placed in the bins with yellow lids.  Please cut up or crush large cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling bins.  Recycling is collected weekly, on Wednesdays.

• Garden waste should be placed in the bins with green lids.  Garden waste is collected fortnightly on Wednesdays.

The building's cleaners manage the rubbish bins on the property.  Please assist them by filling up one rubbish bin at a time.

​

Residents moving in or out with significant amounts of waste should make independent arrangements for the proper removal of the waste from the site at their expense.

​

Residents and tenants must not leave rubbish on the common property, including in the garden at the rear of the building.
